By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service. Please read carefully before doing so.

General:

• Please do not claim my art as your own.
• The commissioner may repost the art as long as proper credit is given and it links back to my page.
• Only the commissioner is allowed to use the art for non-commercial/personal use which includes profile pictures, lock screens, desktop wallpapers, etc.
• Additional fees will be added if you wish to use my art commercially which is about 3x the original price of your commission.
• My art is to not be bought or sold with crypto-currency. Anything like NFTs and AI image training is strictly prohibited.
• I reserve the right to use my original art of your commission for art and portfolio examples.
• I reserve the right to decline your request.
• If any of the rules listed here are broken, I will blacklist you.

Payment:

• Up front payment only through PayPal via invoice.
• If payment is not made in the next 24 hours, I will assume you’re no longer interested.
• I will fully start on your commission once I have received payment.
• WIPs will be provided on how your commission is coming along if you wish for me to make any changes.

Charging and Refunds:

• The base price is for a singular character. I will charge more for any additional characters.
• I will charge more for complex character designs.
• Simple backgrounds such as solid colors, transparent, and simple patterns (spots, stripes etc.) I will not charge for.
• I will charge extra for sceneries and any complex backgrounds.
• I will charge for any rush fees by about 20-50% of the original cost.
• I will refund if I know I cannot finish the commission.
• You may ask for a full refund if I have not started on your commission or I'm in beginning stages of it, such as sketching.
• If I am further along, I will refund a fraction of what was paid
• No refunds once I have finalized.

Complexity Fees:

• Big wings, tails, horns, etc.
• Complex outfits (Anything with a lot of accessories, complex embroidery etc.)
• Additional limbs (Centaurs, mermaid tails, etc.)
• Props and weapons (Anything like vehicles I will not be taking at the moment)
• The addition of pets or companions (cats, dogs, birds, horses, dragons, Pokémon, etc.)
• Props like big furniture
• Cities, towns, or any sort of building
• Heavy foliage

What I Can Draw:

• Humans, humanoid characters, kemonomimi characters, etc.
• Humanoid anthro characters
• Original characters
• Game avatars/fan characters
• *Fanart
• Masc, femme, and androgynous characters
• Simple to semi-complex designs
• *Non-sexual nudity

What I Can't Draw:

• Heavy machinery and mecha, this also includes certain vehicles
• Ferals
• Anything that promotes hate speech or discrimination
• Any heavy hitting topics such as politics and religion
• *Real people
• Any sexual situations or nudity involving minors or any minor-looking characters
• Fetishes

*Depends on the series, please discuss with me.

*Non-sexual nudity or anything veering into NSFW territory may be subjected to higher pricing. Please discuss with me as there are certain thing I may or may not feel comfortable with drawing.

*Unless it's you with proof or a live action TV/movie character (ie. Captain America, Thor, Legolas etc.)
